Not a replacement for signed agreements

Safety and suitability

Behavioral health settings carry inherent risks, and no furniture can eliminate them. Descriptions such as "rounded edges" or "fire-retardant" describe product features and are not guarantees that a product meets any particular standard, code, regulation or accreditation requirement, or that it is safe for any individual or setting. Product selection should account for each facility's clinical requirements and environmental risk assessment. Each facility is responsible for its own risk assessment, for determining whether a product suits its residents, units and applicable laws, and for confirming any required testing or certification with us in writing before purchase. Nothing here is clinical, legal or regulatory advice.

Financing and leasing

Lease and lease-to-own options are subject to credit approval and the terms of a written agreement, provided directly by Famoc Depanel Inc. Rates, terms and availability are not guaranteed. We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice; please consult your own advisors.

Warranty

Any warranty is provided in writing with your quote or order and is available on request before purchase. Except as stated in a written warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided without other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Famoc Depanel Inc. and RootForm are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The Rootform name, logo, text and images are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
